What documents and qualifications are necessary for me to apply?

The documents required to initiate the application process include: an international passport (with a minimum validity of one year), a passport photo against a white background, a medical fitness record, a drug test, a trade test, a police clearance (as mandated by the embassy), travel insurance (as required by the embassy), educational qualifications (apostilled for the embassy's purposes), and a work license (if applicable).

What is the cost?

Why do you charge for your services?

We do not receive any funding from the government or any authority to offer these services, and our employer prefers to accept only candidates who can cover the costs of work permit fees, residence permit fees, work visa, flights, and other necessary documents to facilitate travel expenses. Our fee is intended to help you process the work permit and other related immigration costs, as the employment itself is completely free, but the associated immigration expenses must be covered.

What is the duration of the processing time?

Based on experience, the processing time differs by country and may take approximately 1 to 2 months to finalize employment contracts, guarantee letters, and accommodation arrangements, as well as 1 to 3 months to process work visas, depending on the embassy.

Is your work permit guaranteed 100%?

Indeed, the work permits we offer are typically 100% guaranteed, as we have obtained a demand letter and an agreement with the employers. Consequently, since the employer holds the exclusive authority to process the work permit on behalf of the employee, we can confidently assure you that if you apply with us and complete the employment process, we will certainly secure the work permit for you.

Do you provide a refund if I do not receive the work permit as promised?

Yes. We will refund you 100% of the amount paid if you do not receive the work permit as promised.

Is the work visa guaranteed 100%?

We cannot assure a 100% guarantee for the work visa, as the consuls at the embassies possess the discretionary authority to either approve or deny visa applications. Nevertheless, we are quite confident that the embassies will issue visas, provided that all requirements set forth by the employer are fulfilled. Our employers will be actively engaged in the work visa process, and in the event of a visa denial, the employer will follow up and address the situation with the embassy. This indicates that you have no cause for concern, as long as you submit all the necessary documents requested by the embassy.
