EARLY CAREER INDUCTION TRAINING
As a participant in the Early Careers Programme, you will have the opportunity to work within specific functional areas, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to impactful projects. Induction training will be provided to provide the read-to-work process that would prepare you to participate in our project to fill in the employment gap faced in Switzerland.
